About the program
NSCL's Solar Home System program helps households and off-grid small businesses switch to clean, affordable solar energy, financed through the National Green Energy Fund (NGEF) and supported by solar subsidies run jointly with PCREEE (Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency) and SPC (Pacific Community). Solar partners have included Energy 4 All, PCS and eTech Vanuatu, with the Vanuatu Cooperative Movement.
