Annual General Meetings

Each year our members come together to review the year, approve the accounts and set the direction for Navara.

AGM 2026

Saturday 11 July 2026, Manples Conference Room, Port Vila

Members received the Chairman's report for 2025–26 and considered the 2025 financial statements. Highlights of the year included the 2025 Business Plan, the establishment of our two subsidiaries – Navara Financial Services Ltd (NFSL) and Navara Investment Company Ltd (NICL) – and the launch of Navara's new formal uniform, whose design of a bigger Navara with large leaves and deep roots symbolises the Cooperative's growth. Priorities for 2026–27 include a new accounting system, stronger financial reporting, encouraging members to grow their savings, and making NFSL and NICL fully operational. NICL is paused for now. It will be relaunched once a few of our new businesses are up and running.

Bylaws amended following Department of Cooperatives recommendations

Members gathered, reports were presented and the year's direction was set. In 2024 members adopted amended bylaws (Special Meeting, 5 March 2024) following recommendations from the Department of Cooperatives.
