NSCL's role: Invited speaker
Invited by the Carbon Trust to the UK aid-funded forum on bridging the investment gap, NSCL presented the experience, challenges and opportunities of rolling out the solar subsidy and loan program to off-grid businesses in Vanuatu (2021–2023). The trip was facilitated by SPC and the Carbon Trust.
