To grow beyond savings and credit, NSCL set up two subsidiary companies, both registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).

NICL is paused for now. It will be relaunched once a few of our new businesses are up and running.
SubsidiaryNavara's investment arm. NICL manages and oversees investment opportunities on behalf of the Cooperative, including ventures developed through member-driven partnerships. NICL is paused for now. It will be relaunched once a few of our new businesses are up and running.
SubsidiaryNavara's financial services arm for non-member lending — Your Access To Finance. NFSL provides non-member lending and financial services, including partnerships that support purpose-specific financing.

NSCL's strategy is to diversify into new market sectors through member-driven partnerships, using members' expertise and backing it with the cooperative's capital and governance. We start with carefully chosen pilot ventures and review them regularly. Our members share in the success.
