NSCL remains a savings and loans cooperative, and it is branching into other businesses through its two subsidiaries. Navara Financial Services (NFSL) is the financial services arm for non-member lending. Navara Investment Company (NICL) is the investment arm. NICL is paused for now. It will be relaunched once a few of our new businesses are up and running.

Why a cooperative?

Owned by members, run for members

NSCL is not a bank. It belongs to its members. Decisions are overseen by an elected Executive Committee and specialist committees, with a General Manager running day-to-day operations. Our growth is driven by member ideas and member-driven partnerships.

Have a business idea?

Members can propose new ventures

NSCL invests alongside its members. If you are a member with a viable business idea, our Investment Committee can review your proposal. Approved proposals become a partnership between NSCL and the member, with profit sharing as agreed.
